The Organizational Management Program (OM) is designed
to meet the needs of adult students who have completed two years or more of
acceptable college credit. These students are typically working full time
and interested in completing their degree in the evening while continuing to
work. The opportunity to attend class one night per week on a year-round
basis allows an earlier completion of the degree. Courses are offered in
three semesters in which students register in cohorts. The bachelor’s of
science degree in Organizational Management is applied closely to the
individual’s career goals.
