Residence Halls at Voorhees College are considered to be the human relations laboratory. The place where knowledge acquired in the classroom can become meaningful as the student relates to others with different backgrounds and experiences. The residence hall programs have been developed with the one basic goal of offering each student the opportunity to involve himself/herself in a broad range of experiences through which he/she may enhance his/her academic program by increasing skills relating to other people, enjoying new experiences, exploring new ideas, and learning to know themselves as a person of worth with a real contribution to make to their community.
