PE 120. Introduction to Physical Education (2)

A general education requirement, this course is designed to insure a fit and healthier student at Voorhees College. This course examines the latest trends in health, fitness and nutrition, paying careful attention to health aspects relating to the College campus. Fitness testing and outdoor conditioning also comprise an important part of this course.
