THE STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM
is an educational opportunity federally program funded for 170 participants by the U.S. Department of Education - TRIO Programs, hosted by Voorhees College in Denmark, South Carolina and housed under the Division of Enrollment Management.

Our goal is to increase the rates of college retention and graduation among our target group of students. Services are provided to traditional and non-traditional students qualifying as first generation, low-income and disabled individuals who need academic support to achieve their goal of graduating from college. 

Close working relationships with all appropriate on and off campus personnel have been instrumental in our SSSP endeavors for achieving our goals and objectives and assisting our students in their efforts of succeeding.
