This Student Handbook provides information about aspects
of college life to students and the College community. Its
purpose is to present a guide to wholesome and gracious
living based on the Christian principles upon which Voorhees
College was founded. It is the College’s sincere hope that
in this Christian atmosphere a combination of educational,
recreational, spiritual, and cultural experiences will
motivate the development of every individual’s fullest
potential.
The content of this Student Handbook is subject to change
from time to time as deemed appropriate by Voorhees College
in order to fulfill its role and mission. Any such changes
may be implemented without prior notice or obligation, and,
unless specified otherwise, are effective immediately. Every
effort will be made to minimize the inconvenience such
changes might create for students.
This handbook is intended for informational purposes and
does not expressly or implied, create any contractual rights
between the College and any student.
The Voorhees College Student Handbook was produced by the
Division of Student Affairs and revised in spring 2007.
