Office of Communications Request Forms
Please use the following forms to submit requests to the Office of Communications.
- Press release requests must be completed at least three weeks prior to the date that the release should be sent to media outlets.
- Photography/videography requests must be submitted three weeks prior to the event/activity that is to be shot. The Office of Communications seeks to cover as many campus events featuring our students, faculty, and staff as possible. Due to scheduling, the Office of Communications may be unable to provide coverage for some events.
- Website requests for events to be added must be submitted three weeks prior to the event/activity. Requests for updates to existing pages or for the creation of new pages will be processed as they arrive. Completion time for these requests varies, depending on the scale of the request.
